Business Manager - Motor TradeLocation: PeterboroughSalary: £25,000 basic, £50,000 OTEOC16722We are currently recruiting for a Business Manager for our clients main dealer site in Peterborough.This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Manager to work for a superb brand and dealer group that will really support career progression. For this role we are ideally looking for someone with a track record as a Sales Controller / Business Manager, howeverwe will consider a strong Sales Executive looking to progress into management.Buisness Manager role:The position will entail aiding the customers in finding the right finance package to suit their needs. Working closely with the Sales Executives and Sales Manager you will need to show a strong F&I knowledge to aid the department.

  • Selling finance, insurance products and additional products
  • Working within a the FCA regulations and company guidelines
  • Matching customers needs to the relevant finance sources.
Buisness Manager requirements:
  • Ideally you will already have exprience in the position or as a Sales Manager/Controller, if not then you must have a extensive track record as a Sales Executive with at least 5 years of experiece.
  • Must have experience with stacking finance deals
  • Looking for a professional and confident character who can fit straight into the team.
