Job Description

Adecco are looking for a telesales advisor join a growing food wholesaler in Peterborough who are at an exciting stage in growing their business. If youre confident picking up the phone and enjoy building relationships with new customers, and would likethe opportunity to earn up to £30k per year, then this role is for you!You will be responsible for assisting in the development of the customer portfolio and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Making proactive customer calls to prospective customers
  • Answering questions about products and services
  • Accurately entering customer information into the client database
  • Following up leads and enquiries
This is a highly customer focused role and previous cold calling experience is essential - from any industry - as you will be calling brand new potential customers.The ideal candidate will be familiar with Microsoft suite, comfortable working to targets, self-motivated and proactive in finding new sales opportunities, and a team player.In return for the above responsibilities, you will be offered the below:
  • Salary £22k - £25k per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Up to £5k annual bonus
  • Monday to Friday hours, 9am to 6pm
