Job Description

Our vision is to continue to deliver #smart #modern #law and to embrace anddevelop our employees through their legal career.We are seeking a Business Analyst to work alongside the Finance Director and CEO in using multiple data sources to add value to the wider business looking and trends and identifying opportunities and any weaknesses. You will be working with multiple stakeholdersin the business, so confidence in dealing with senior management, working to tight deadlines, take ownership of tasks and projects. We are an ambitious firm with a commitment to a three year plan of growth and optimisation. As the Business Analyst you willplay a key role in presenting the data needed to continue driving our growth.We are happy to offer the positionas a hybrid option, travelling to the main two operational hubs (Peterborough and London) will be required.This role involves but is not limited to:

  • Research related to sectors, organisations, geographies, products, services, as directed.
  • Analyse and produce key information in various forms, producing reports and presentations to assist the CEO and FD in their decision making.
  • You will support strategic projects taking time to fully understand the scope and the information required to drive decisions. You will document this and then provide research and analysis to be utilised by the project team to drive effective decision making.
  • Take an active role in discussions ensuring information is understood and look to provide solutions to problems.
  • As a highly-skilled, versatile resource, you will manage the content of information in presentations, reports, and other documentation and provide other team/ executive support as required.
  • Work with other key departments on strategic objectives to increase efficiency and cut cost.
Requirements:
  • Experience with a proven track record data analysis from multiple sources and weave it into a single coherent picture.
  • Educated to degree level is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in Statistics, Data Analysis, Reporting, Strategic Planning, Business Model Analysis, Process Design, Systems Analysis.
  • Strong systems knowledge
  • Team player with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Logical and analytical in approach with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Must be proactive, creative, adaptable, seeking opportunities to develop professional skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a high level of motivation and tenacity.
  • Ability to cope with the fluid nature of the role, adjusting to changing schedules.
  • Should be willing to travel.
  • Knowledge of Elite 3E and Salesforce would be beneficial.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office tools.
