This candidate should not only embody these qualities but excel as a peoples manager, dedicated to cultivating a thriving team culture.Youll be working with a passionate, loyal and dedicated team who are proud of the unique opportunity they have to change lives on a daily basis.The Role:Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for hitting the branches revenue targets and growing Adecco market share by:

• Analysing, monitoring, and delivering on key metrics and KPIs for the branch and reaching and exceeding financial and operational targets, including profit and loss management.
• Increasing market share by leading and overseeing advertising, marketing, sales, and service efforts in the branch.
• Developing, inspiring, and coaching your branch in the Adecco way to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Strong leadership skills, driving your own business and motivating your team to exceed objectives is what will make you ideal for this role.
• You will be adept at adopting a consultative approach, understanding client needs deeply and offering tailored solutions.
• Integral to this role is the ability to generate business opportunities and nurture client relationships. You will ideally have a track record in cultivating leads, expanding client portfolios and contributing significantly to team success through strategicbusiness development initiatives.
