Back Shift Polisher3pm - 1am - Monday - Friday, Friday 8 pm finishup to £14.85ph, Annual Salary up to £32,906 - Dependent on Experience

Our client is looking for an experienced Vehicle Polisher to join their team in their brand-new state-of-the-art Bodyshop in Peterborough. You will be joining a large, cohesive team that undertake repair work on cars under 5 years old, NO RUST HERE!The body shop is a well-oiled machine with 50+ employees producing both a high quality and high volume of work every day.Candidates must:
  • Be an experienced polisher
  • Have a minimum of 1 years refurbishment or accident repair experience
  • Be reliable, with previous automotive polishing experience
  • Be able to manage your own workload, focusing on targets
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Demonstrate health & safety awareness
  • ATA and/or NVQ qualification will be an advantage but not essential if you have the skills and experience.
If you have experience as a Prepper in a Bodyshop, we would love to hear from you too.The successful candidate for the Polisher role should be confident in your ability to accurately and efficiently polish the panels on a wide range of vehicles prior to painting, we also require fresh paint polishers to undertake de-nibbing and paint correction.
