Experienced Auto ElectricianSalary £27,000 - £30,000Location – Peterborough, CambridgeshireMonday – FridayImmediate StartInteraction Recruitment are working with an established vehicle conversion company based in Peterborough. My client is looking for an experienced auto electrician to join the team and be responsible for fitting electrical accessories to a wide range of vehicles.The Role:- Installation and integration of enhanced electrical / electronic systems into all types of vehicles- Use hand and Power tools to Fit, test, and commission a range of internal and external electrical components to vehicle, to specification or drawings.- Diagnosing electrical issues, using diagnostic equipment and fault-finding knowledge, and proposing a course of action, according to specified procedures.- Install customised LED lighting, warning systems, cameras and split charge systemsThe Candidate:- Previous experience of a similar electrical/ auto electrical role- The ability to read and understand build specifications and wiring diagrams- NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent, in Auto Electrics / Vehicle Electrical or Electronic Systems (desirable)- Proven ability to work using own initiative- Ability to communicate well with other team members- Demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeepingInteraction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
