Job Description

Adecco are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a compliance safety company in Glinton, Peterborough. This role is suitable for an individual who has a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks at a time.You will be responsible for supporting the management accountant and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Process supplier and customer invoices and resolve queries
  • To input cashbook and credit card entries
  • Process business expenses & CIS invoices
  • Supplier and CIS statement reconciliations
  • Aged creditors and aged debtors reporting
  • Payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Maintain the fixed asset register
  • To undertake balance sheet reconciliations
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of accounting and finance, be able to manage their own workload and be able to work to deadlines. Sage 200 experience is an advantage.Please Note:
  • This is not a hybrid or work from home position; all working days need to be in the office
  • You need your own transport to get to the office
