The role....We are currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Assistant Clerk of Works to join a busy and friendly team.This is a great opportunity for someone who has some site based experience of working in the Housebuilding Industry and is eager to develop their career.The job will involve supporting the Clerk of Works in monitoring the progression of our development sites to ensure new builds are built on time whilst maintaining quality and safety standards.This role will also assist in liaising with contractors in resolving queries and problems which may arise on site.Depending on performance and competence we will support the successful candidate in gaining a NVQ Diploma along with structured career progression leading to Membership of the Institute of Clerk of Works and Construction Inspectorate (MICWCI).Who we are....Cross Keys Homes is a commercial business with a social heart.
