Job Description

AdministratorFull Time, Permanent£23,000 P.APeterboroughThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Administrator to join an established financial advice company who are specialists in their field and hugely successful. You will work as part of the business support team providing support to the whole of the company.This position would suit someone who already has experience working within financial services, either an IFA practice, pensions, mortgages, medical or health insurance. Applications from candidates with strong academic qualifications looking to forge a career within financial services will also be considered.General Responsibilities

  • Analysing provider and product information and updating database
  • Preparing suitability letters for a full range of products
  • Chase providers for information requested via an authority letter
  • Input policy details
  • Process New Business applications
  • Process pension payroll uploads for clients
  • Uploading of confidential personal data
  • Checking/amending data spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
  • Checking/amending individual files to reflect change in circumstances
  • Process group scheme renewals including private medical, life insurance and dental cover
  • Action queries from Para-Planners
  • Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Create new client packs
  • Skills and Experience Required:
  • Attention to detail
  • Confident
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and via email to wide range of third parties
  • Able to produce accurate, high quality work in a timely manner
  • MUST be a strong Administrator
  • MUST have a competent level of Microsoft skills, especially Word and Excel
  • Strong numeracy and IT skills, particularly spreadsheets and databases
  • This is a Full time, permanent position offering a salary of £23,000.
