Job Description

Join our client as an Office Administrator!They are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Peterborough to Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.   • Answer and manage incoming calls, raise Purchase Orders and prepare reports and documents
  • Create, maintain, and update company records ensuring accuracy of information
  • Perform receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, copying etc
  • Oversee your own inbox as well as multiple shared mailboxes
  • Complete client questionnaires/new client forms and attach relevant documentation
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meeting and prepare reports and documents
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues by performing tasks with integrity and honesty
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years office administration experience
  • Experience in raising POs and knowledge of checking invoices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs, individually and as a team
You’ll be a well presented, approachable and professional. Excellent organisation and time management is essential for this role. Your attention to detail will be thorough and accurate with the ability to multi-task.The role is office-based, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 in Peterborough.Salary Starting from £24,000 (dependent upon experience)
