  • Purpose of Role: This role isbased from home until further noticeResponsible for the effective operation of the Outsourced administrative function within BCA’s Remarketing Solutions Peterborough division. The role will be responsible for managing data flows for large volumes for vehicles and will be tasked with ensuring essential administrative functions are delivered accurately and promptly. This includes a variety of administration tasks on BCA internal systems such as AS400, IMS & service history portals in addition to specific systems/tasks distinct to our customers.The role will also include a leading role in work distribution to the team ensuring that all customer SLA’s are achieved.Role Accountabilities:
  • Support the development of business process compliance with the department.
  • Having a thorough understanding of all administrative functions within the department.
  • Support the Operations Leader in co-ordination, training and developing of the administration team.
  • Deputising the Operations Leader where required.
  • Leading role in managing all distribution of work to team members to ensure speed and level of accuracy are achieved; within this scope, responsibilities will include liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensuring a wider array of administrative tasks are conducted accurately and promptly, with additional focus on maintaining data integrity of BCA systems.
  • The successful candidate will be required to be adaptable and support other areas of the department, including Customer Service elements when the needs of the business require.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficient AS400 knowledge skills.
  • Adaptability and ability to quickly learn new systems / processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload in a fast paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and resolve to follow tasks/issues to the full resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge and Experience: Essential
  • Comprehensive experience and proven track record in administrative tasks.
  • Experience of effectively working within and leading a team.
  • Knowledge of BCA systems and processes
  • Working Hours:Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week 9am - 5.30pm Required skills
