Job Description

If you are looking for your next step up within practice, look no further! The One Group are looking for an experienced Accounts Senior to join a buzzing firm within Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis. This is a newly created role for the thrivingbusiness due to huge success in acquiring many new clients.The Accounts Senior poses the perfect opportunity for someone to sink their teeth into the fast paced responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Accounts for limited companies
  • Corporate Tax returns
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and payroll processes when needed
The successful candidate will have experience working within practice and in a similar role to the above, either looking for your next step up to senior, or looking for a new exciting opportunity like this. In order to be considered for this role you will needto have qualified in AAT or be part way through studying towards ACCA.You will need to be able to work with autonomy but also as part of a team, have a proactive approach to work and present a personable yet professional manner to assist in generating great client relationships. With a number of different clients ranging in size,you will be the businesses first point of contact for clients and therefore need to have a hands on, confident approach.In return for the above responsibilities and traits, you will receive the following benefits:
  • £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
