Job Description

Accountant - Compliance and ControlsAre you immediately available to join a fast paced and ambitious global organisation as their Compliance and Controls Manager on a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with at least three years working in FMCG, and be experienced in creating controls and ensuring UK and global compliance.You will be an integral member of the Senior Finance Team, and report directly into the Head of Finance, and your duties will include:

  • Ensuring statutory filing deadlines are met and maximising tax effectiveness.
  • Reviewing processes and identifying and actioning change projects to improve efficiency.
  • Managing the shared service team providing development opportunities and identifying talent for succession planning.
  • Supporting the Group Head of Finance to manage and control spend within the annual finance budget.
