Account Manager (Immediate Start)Meyer Scott Ref: VR/08184Salary: Starting on 22K Location: PeterboroughOur client are a Norwegian-born technology company, working with vehicle tracking and fleet management systems - present in the UK, across all of the Nordic countries, plus The Netherlands. They have more than 300 employees across offices in eight countries with the UK representing the most important growth market for the company.Job descriptionAs an Account Manager you will work with their clients existing customer base. Your main responsibilities will be maximising portfolio growth and managing churn in the UK, dealing with incoming cancellation requests and proactively dealing with customers to make sure they have the best experience. If you are comfortable working with high tempo and you like to be challenged - you are a good match for this position!Other job responsibilities

  • Make customers happy and engaged
  • Selling extra services to improve customers experiences and increase contract profitability
  • Turn terminations and unhappy customers
