2nd Line Technical Support Engineer (SCCM)Contract, Full Time£13.00 per hour (inside IR35)Contract until 31.03.20 (extension possible)The 2nd line technical support engineer required to work as part of field engineering team working on a dedicated customer contract based in Peterborough. This role will be working within a team of 15-20 shared service engineers and looking after an onsite user base of 300 - 400 people as well as external sites.The role is based on rota shifts of 08:00 - 16:30 and 09:30 - 18:00 Responsibilities:* Be the 1st/2nd line escalation point onsite for customer related incidents and resolve these issues via the phone, email or at desk side.* Troubleshoot and resolve issues professionally to the agreed SLAs on both hardware and software based systems.* Work effectively as part of a service support team.* Escalate issues to 3rd Line Analysts when required.* Ability to be proactive and look at the bigger pictureExperience/understanding of the following technologies:* SCCM (must have)* Windows 10 (must have)* Active Directory (must have)* Group Policy (must have)* SCOM* Symantec* Bitlocker* Servers, desktops, laptops (general troubleshooting)This is a very fast paced role.
