Working 3 days a week, join the team at Aderyn Hospital in Penperlleni as an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist where you will deliver high-quality clinical care to men with mental health conditions.Aderyn Hospital is a step-down service for men with enduring mental health conditions that sets a sector-leading example of clear care pathways for service users with a focus on recovery. As well as a 17-bed rehabilitation unit, there is also a 2-bed open rehabilitation cottage.With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you will work alongside the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic and person-centric treatment programmes based on the recovery model for the individual.You will be part of an environment which has a strong emphasis on empowering recovery, with the centre of our philosophy focusing on delivering evidence-based care to allow people to progress through pathways as their condition improves.
