We are currently looking for a Software Engineer for our client in the Cardiff area.Software EngineerCardiff£25,000 - £35,0003 days in office, 2 days remoteOverall Responsibility:Maintaining current solutions and developing new custom web-based applications from Edge to Server using SQL, NoSQL, JSON, JavaScript, PHP, VBA, C++, C# & ASP .NetKey responsibilities of the position :Provide support to ensure continuous reliable operation of our established web and edge based solutions for our business manufacturing and service operations. Work with the Manufacturing and Service operations teams to drive through improvements and efficienciesin the Manufacturing and Service Operations through business analysis, system and application enhancements, new developments and improvements. Develop and design new systems and applications from the Edge to the Backend using PHP and JavaScript / jQuery frameworkslike Vue.js, Quasar, React, JSON technologies., C/C++ Design and develop web interfaces using NoSQL Testing website interaction and performance prior to going live, monitoring and maintaining functionality of the website. Ensure that systems and applications are correctly documented according to software development lifecycles, andbest practice. Work closely with our creative team producing and managing creative design projects. Help develop businesses through design across multiple channels, offline and online. Ensure all design work is created to budget, schedule, brief and with astrong drive towards innovation and creativity. Keep up to date with digital design trends and culture, attend events and engage with the wider creative community. Minimum Qualifications.Minimum 1 years experience following IT/Software skills. Educated to degree level (or Equivalent). Be a team player who is willing to learn new skills and pass on existing skills. Be knowledgeable in the following 3 or more areas:
