Job Description

Juice is thrilled to be supporting a well-established retail business based in Midsomer Norton in their search for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their friendly team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and process-driven individual to work with a company that really values its employees.The RoleYou will be responsible for adding supplier invoices onto the clients system and matching these to purchase orders.Day-to-day responsibilities include -

  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Raising invoice queries with suppliers
  • Investigating supplier monthly statements and ensuring these reconcile with invoices paid
  • Checking pro forma payments to avoid duplications
  • Being the first point of contact for supplier queries
  • Liaising with the merchandising team
  • Documenting any pricing errors
  • Obtaining credits from suppliers through the credit process
  • Electronic filing of supplier invoices
