Manual Lathe TurnerLocation: RotherhamHours of work:

  • 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available

My client is looking for an experienced Manual Lathe Turner for their busy workshop based in Rotherham. This is a Temp to Perm position leading to a full time contract for the right person.The Company
  • Specialise in precision engineering
The Job Role:
  • Operating Manual lathe machines
  • Following engineering drawings/plans
  • Workshop based
  • Following all company health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Manual lathe turning experience a must
  • Experience of screw cutting would be an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Must be able to think out the box and not just rely on drawings
  • A good problem solving capacity.
