Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join our clients friendly, professional team in Rotherham.Our client is a leading provider of access solutions for the construction industry, with over 6,000 machines available for rental and accredited training.We are currently looking to hire a self-motivated B2B Internal Sales Executive who will maintain contact with a busy customer base while operating from a newly opened second location in order to meet the increasing demand within the business. Working hoursare 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.The role:

  • Mixed inbound and outbound role in a busy sales office.
  • Accepting multiple orders per day.
  • Collaborating with 16 other sales team members based in the Wakefield/Rotherham sales office.
  • Contacting a large number of established business clients.
  • Provide construction equipment for some of the largest building projects in the United Kingdom.
  • Introducing yourself and our products and services over the phone.
  • Cross-selling and upselling.
  • Utilizing in-depth product knowledge to inform customers about our products / services.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
This Internal Sales Executive position is open to candidates with the following skills: Sales, Administration, Communication, Sales Executive, Client Support, Cross-selling, Telephony, Inbound, Outbound, Order Processing, IT Literate, Presentation, InternalSales Executive, B2B, Construction.Essential skills:
  • Experience working with existing customers over the phone and via email in a fast-paced sales position.
  • An understanding of the hire industry or construction industry would be beneficial.
  • Capacity for effective communication and teamwork.
  • Confidence in presenting new products/services and cross-selling to both existing and new clients.
  • Experience in achieving realistic targets.
