Calling Qualified Nurses, Paramedics, Physios and Occupational Health Therapists, based in Rotherham and surrounding areas!Would you like to work more sociable hoursBut continue to utilise your skills and qualificationsOur PIP Services Team are looking for full time or part time staff to work at our Rotheram site completing face to face assessments with Personal Independence Payment claimants before writing an in-depth structured report that will be used by the Department of Work and Pensions in their decision-making process.So why come and work for usWell apart from hours that offer a great Work/Life Balance …….We offer support with re-validation and ongoing continual personal development; you will be able to maintain your validation.You will continue to work within your code of conduct meaning that your NMC or HCPC qualification will not be affected.Our existing staff tell us that they have broadened their experience and understanding in the medical industry, from mental health to physiotherapy and much more.You don’t take your work home and you’ll manage your own workload once fully trained.Successful candidates would have:RGN, RMN or RNLD, Occupational Therapy, Paramedic and Physiotherapist qualifications with two years post-registration experience.Good communication, organisational and time management skillsA good understanding of all Microsoft applications, including Outlook and basic excel.The ability to multi-task is a must, as you will be listening and keying during a claimant assessment.Starting salary of £30,000 per annum (pro rata)Company pension schemeFull training and CPD, including e-learning and an initial 10-day training course – which alone covers CPD credits required for re-validation.You will then sit 3 exams before completing assessments with the ‘buddy support’ of one of our Clinical Leads.All applicants must have current registrations with either the NMC or HCPCWe offer training dates throughout the year and they are ongoing to fit lengthy notice periods too.If you genuinely feel that you are ready for a change and want to advance your current skills and experience even more, we are waiting to hear from you, right now!
