Job Description

Our client, is a medium sized chartered accountancy practice who looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their friendly team based in Palmers Green. They are looking to recruit an accomplished administrator / secretary to assist their Turkish clients and other adhoc duties as requiredDuties as follows: -

  • Answer incoming emails in a timely and organised fashion
  • Assist with administrative duties
  • Deal with correspondence on behalf of clients ie. work documentation, references etc
  • Assist clients with telephone queries
  • Assist the directors when required with PA duties
  • Assist with reception duties as required
  • Filing, stationery etc
  • Skills required:
  • Fluent written and spoken Turkish and English
  • Articulate good communicator
  • Strong office administrative experience with a stable work background
  • Good all-rounder with a can-do attitude
  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Hours :- 9-5.30 Monday to FridaySalary: - £22-26k per annumUnfortunately we are only able to respond to shortlisted candidates Required skills
