Job Description

Telesales executive wanted to promote renewable energy projects worldwide.The job will be based in Singapore and surrounding areas.OTE of £85,000 per annum, uncappedThe role is a salaried position and has a full relocation package including flights, visas, accommodation and medical cover. It has an excellent commission structure and various prospects for progression.Top performers consistently exceed the quoted OTE.Experience/Skills preferred:

  • Experience of telephone based sales; a background in energy sales or alternatives is excellent but candidates who have been doing roles such as sales executive, business developement managers, account managers, telephone executives and account executiveshave also excelled.
  • Used to dealing with clients and closing business at all levels.
  • An assertive attitude.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent negotiating skills and build rapport instantly.
  • A fluent and intelligent communicator with massive personal ambition and a big dose of common sense
  • Energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Resilient and able to handle objections.
  • History of achieving and exceeding targets.

To do this we require telesales executives who can close deals at directorate level and maintain relationships over the long term.We have developed a unique sales approach that allows us to maximise on every opportunity possible. Full and ongoing support and training will be provided but we are looking for candidates who are responsible for their own development.Through our professional approach and excellent attention to customer service we aim for substantial growth in our organisation. We offer uncapped commissions and a fast paced but intimate work environment which is not always for everybody.Candidates will have a successful background in B2B or B2C environments but most of all they must have a passion for sales and a desire to maximize their earning potential through the commissions on offer. Our clients are looking for people who can talkto them on their level.Our team work with a pro-active approach and you will be speaking to clients who have requested further information for the products we offer. You will need to have a strong sales background and experience closing business regularly over the telephone with successful candidates coming from industries such as PPI, Insurance sales, telecom sales, windows and doors and advertising sales.Progression: As we are one of the fastest growing renewable companies currently in the sector, we are always looking for people and we only promote internally.The PackageThis is a genuine opportunity to earn what you are worth.
