Job Description

Due to the anticipated response to this post it may close before the closing date noted on the advert therefore once you start your application form please complete it immediatelyThis post is fixed term for 12 months.A Receptionist / Administration Assistant is required to help provide a comprehensive typing service to consultants and clinical staff across Renfrewshire CAMHs and Paed SCS Services as well as supporting the wider administration team. Occasional assistance in other admin roles may be required within the service. The role of the job is challenging and a high degree of accuracy is required at all times. You will be required to use your own initiative and competency whilst exercising a high degree of confidentiality. You will be responsible for ensuring typing is done within turnaround targets.You will also be responsible for producing accurate outcome sheets for the relevant secretaries to act on which will include being proactive in understanding how to pull such data from dictation and resolve problems including incorrect or unclear dictation.
