Job Description

First Achieves Freight Forwarding Division is working in partnership with a Specialist Company in the Glasgow Area. We are looking to speak with experienced Ocean Import Operators, to join their reputable team.

  • £30-32k per annum DOE
  • Monday to Friday day shift - 9 til 5:30pm
  • Hybrid working available in the future once candidate has settled into role
Duties include:
  • Ensure all customers receive consistent excellent service levels through working with customer experience and operations teams
  • Escalate any issues as required
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Use Zendesk software to manage all customer queries
Candidate:
  • Industry Knowledge - including retail focused International Supply Chains
  • Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously
  • Work in a close team to manage the workload
  • Ability to manage customer queries via email, phone, live chat etc.
