Commercial ManagerKent Foods Limited is one of the U.K’s largest food ingredient suppliers delivering £200 million pounds of food ingredients annually from five depots.We are constantly seeking to improve our performance in the highly competitive markets in which we operate and we are creating a new position of Commercial Manager to improve and co-ordinate our distribution activities from our central control in Paisley.The position will involve analysing our delivery patterns, warehouse performance and systems, identifying improvements and implementing them. This will, by necessity, involve close communication with our warehouse teams, transport management and teams.The key criteria, however, will be the ability to identify system improvements, and implement them and thereafter ensure standards are maintained which will require above average Management skills.This position will probably suit a candidate who has experience in a fast moving environment where storage and transport are critical. Candidates who can demonstrate the required skills from any discipline will be considered.
