Workshop Supervisor Paignton £26,000 - £28,000 + 37.5 hour week + Pension + Holiday Are you from a welding/fabrication background with experience running a small team looking for a rewarding new challenge Do you want to join a company thats making a real difference to environmental and wildlife conservation projects This company, based in Devon, design and manufacture a range of wildlife conservation and research equipment. Having established themselves as leaders in their field they have seen a strong period of growth over the last year despite the challenging circumstances that 2020 has bought. As such, this is an exciting time to join the company. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small workshop team of welder fabricators. You will oversee the day to day running of the workshop, distributing and planning work loads, ensuring health and safety as well as quality standards are adhered to. This wont be a hands on role but a background working on the tools will be beneficial. There may also be an opportunity to get involved with new product development. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to run a small workshop team for a fantastic company.
