Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual with a desire to forge a career in estate agency in the Paignton area with excellent career prospects and a competitive salary of up to £23,000 on target earnings. They have a great reputation as both a property agent in sales and lettings as well as an employer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a trainee / junior to join their market leading office in Paignton. Previous experience is not essential but with this role personality is key. You must be a proactive individual with a will to succeed, have excellent people skills and be able to pay attention to detail. Good estate agency is all about getting to know your clients needs and forging relationships so you must be an excellent communicator. You will also need your own car and good admin & IT skills.Duties will include:

  • Greeting new clients and registering them whether they are looking to buy or sell
  • Arranging appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Carrying out viewings
  • General office administration as required
  • Phoning out new properties
  • Up selling extra services such as mortgage advice.
