A job as a Test Engineer is urgently required in Towcester, Northamptonshire. An exciting new job has arisen for a Test Engineer, based in Towcester, Northamptonshire which will provide support and maintenance of the automated test solutions(hardware and software) operating in a clean room and production environment.The Test Engineer located in Towcester, Northamptonshire will be responsible for the commissioning and maintaining of automated test equipment for optoelectronics components. In addition to this they will be required to validate software, giving inputs to equipment design, wiring test kits and debugging electronics. This role will be on a continental shift pattern including days and night shifts. The ideal Test Engineer, based in Towcester, Northamptonshire will have knowledge of automated testing in a manufacturing environment, as well as having experienced working with opto-electronics devices such as laser, modulators or detectors.
