What’s more, you’ll be equipped with everything you need to thrive in your role, from fantastic training schemes and wellbeing support initiatives to free entry to our zoos for you and your family!The Role As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the delivery of our Customer Growth strategy programme to grow our visitor numbers and maximise revenue. Ensuring our website and digital content are up to date, you will write engaging copy for marketing channels and ensure consistency with our brand and corporate identity. Additionally, you’ll act as the first point of contact for marketing queries for the zoo. Increasing visitor numbers and secondary spending in our zoos, you’ll also research competitor activity and monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns. About YouTo be considered as a Marketing Assistant, you will need:- At a minimum, two years experience in a similar role- Experience of working to deadlines in a fast-paced work environment - An understanding of social media and other digital marketing techniques -Excellent communication skills- Organisational skills- Proficiency in IT- An A level qualification in English, Media Studies or Business Studies (or equivalent)Internally, this role will be referred to as Customer Growth Assistant.The closing date for this role is the 23rd June 2023.
