Fabrications Team Leader Paignton £22,000 - £26,000 + Pension + Holiday Are you from a welding/fabrication background and looking to take a step up to running a small team Do you want to join a company thats making a real difference to environmental and wildlife conservation projects This company, based in Devon, design and manufacture a range of wildlife conservation and research equipment. Having established themselves as leaders in their field they have seen a strong period of growth over the last year despite the challenging circumstances that 2020 has bought. As such, this is an exciting time to join the company. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a small team of welder fabricators. You will oversee the day to day running of the workshop ensuring health and safety as well as quality standards are adhered to. The role will also be responsible for stock level monitoring and ensuring the correct parts are available when required. There may also be an opportunity to get involved with new product development. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to step up into a leadership role working for a fantastic company.
