Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Retail Outlet Sales Advisor with a desire to deliver exceptional results, to join the team at our Outlet in Padiham. You will join us on a part time, permanent basis working 24 hours per week. You will need to be flexible across all 7 trading days and regular weekend working will be required. You will endeavour to provide exceptional customer service which in turn will maximise the sales and profitability of the Outlet.Our Retail Outlet Sales Advisorwill have the following responsibilities:- Ensuring all customers an industry-leading customer service experience during all aspects of their contact- Ensuring that exemplary standards are maintained throughout the Outlet- Displaying all products to their maximum potential and ensuring that stock is maintained to an agreed level- Ensuring that all products are priced clearly and correctly, following both company and trading standards guidelines- Making sure that all health and safety guidelines are followed within the Outlet to ensure the safety of both staff and customers alike- Protecting company assets by ensuring that all security guidelines are followed- Ensuring that Outlet takings are balanced on a daily basis and that any shortfalls are communicated and fully investigated- Ensuring that all discounts are applied correctly through the till system and that discount codes are not misusedExperience and skills required by our Retail Outlet Sales Advisor:- Retail and/or general business awareness- Customer service experience and a vision of what makes excellent customer service- Cash handling experience- Computer literacy to include Microsoft Word and Excel- Good knowledge of local area- Character/Personal traits – confident, approachable, people personIf you feel you have the knowledge, experience and commitment to join our market-leading brand as our Retail Outlet Sales Advisor, then apply now!We are expecting a high volume of applications for this position and may close the vacancy early in the event that we have sufficient suitable candidates.
