Activities, including engaging and discussing current assignments, qualifying consultants for assignments and working as CRM ambassador to ensure that all activity is correctly stored in compliance with current GDPR guidelines.

  • Office Management duties will also be a pivotal part of this position including 3rd party contract management
  • You will be the right arm of the partners throughout the sales cycle of the assignments, regarding prospection, the administrative management of the contracts and the follow-up of the assignments.
  • You are creative in sourcing market intelligence and researching new areas for opportunity
  • You will have strong organisational skills and can multi task between activities relating to pre assignment and also during an assignment, including resourcing activities and interviewing c-suite level professionals
  • True pivot in the assignment organisation, you coordinate the assignments between the different divisions, but also between your Partner, his clients and consultants

  • Conducting the onboarding of all Consultants
  • MISSIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSIGNMENT MANAGEMENTORGANISATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE FOLLOW-UP
  • Organise consultants appointments
  • Prepare proposals, contracts and amendments to clients and consultants
  • Track and register each step of the sales cycle in the CRM tool
  • Ensure the interface between the partner and the consultants and the consultants and Finance Management division
  • ASSIGNMENT MONITORINGSUPPORT IN THE ORGANISATION OF ASSIGNMENT FOLLOW-UP
  • Plan and prepare follow-up actions
  • Harmonize support presentation
  • Track and register any action in the CRM tool
  • QUALITY CONTROLWRITTEN SUPPORT
  • Quality control (English and spelling) and harmonisation (substance and form) of any written support
  • OFFICE MANAGEMENT
  • 3rd party contract management
  • Management of company memberships and subscriptions, including renewals and negotiations
  • To work as front of house when greeting clients/consultants both in the office and via the telephone
  • To ensure office stationery is kept up to date including technology
  • Keep up to date with and be able to advise on latest changes in regulations effecting our business such as GDPR and IR35
  • Management of organisation of the company HR policies and handbook, including benefits documentation
  • To work with the wider group in Paris in order to facilitate projects, travel and events, as necessary
