A rapidly expanding design and construction company in Stoke on Trent is seeking a Multi-Skilled Labourer to join an established team to help with the completion of various projects on domestic properties within Staffordshire and South Cheshire.The role offers regular work at a competitive rate of between £120 - £180 per day, depending on experience, as well as excellent training and career progression opportunities for the right candidate.As the Multi-Skilled Labourer you will be responsible for:

• Working on residential property extensions and refurbishments.
• Carrying out various work including internal rip outs, building stud walls, tiling, joinery, and other general labouring tasks, depending on skillset and experience.
• Ensuring quality and accuracy is maintained.

The Multi-Skilled Labourer will have the following skills and experience:

• Good work ethic with excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive can do attitude.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety and Environment procedures to ensure safety at work.
• Time-served apprentice or similar experience is essential.
• CIS registration would be an advantage but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and own tools.
