Job Description

REED Wakefield has the pleasure of helping our successful client secure their next Contracts Coordinator. You will be responsible for overseeing Engineers on the road, planning travel routes, booking accommodation, managing clients expectations and dealing with any ad hoc duties as required. In return you will have the opportunity to work for a well established company who really value their staff.THE ROLE

  • Providing clients with Service quotations ahead of their renewal and be the go between the client and the Service Engineer
  • Understanding the clients needs and SLA’s & adhering accordingly
  • Arrange Service Engineers diaries and ensure priorities are met
  • Organising hotel bookings on behalf of Service Engineers if they are required to stay away from home
  • Keep database up to date with client information
  • Logging all jobs correctly & ensure everything has an audit trail
  • Liaising with clients to arrange jobs and ensuring they are kept updated throughout the process
  • THE CANDIDATE
  • Forward thinking and confident in being able to schedule multiple diaries
  • Excellence organisational and communication skills
  • High level IT skills and able to pick up new processes easily
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
