ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR LOOKING TO MAXIMISE YOUR EARNINGS POTENTIALFANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY WITH QUALITY INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENTBASIC SALARY £21,000 OTE £45/50,000 + CAR ALLOWANCEThis is a brilliant opportunity to join an established team who are busier than ever. Are you looking to have a career with a market leader Are you the SeniorSales Negotiator they are looking for to join their busy branch in Orpington.My client is looking for someone who is willing to "muck-in", remain calm under pressure and with a good sense of humour. In return you will join a team fun team of dedicated Estate Agents who will offer generous bonuses alongside the generous package.Duties:

  • Rining out new properties to obtain viewings
  • Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
  • Conducting viewings in the local area
  • General assistance and administration with basic IT skills & data input
  • Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
  • Looking for cross selling opportunities (FS & Solicitor referals)
  • Vendor care and proce reductions
    • Requirements:
  • You must have a full, clean UK licence and a car
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment
  • You will have good interpersonal and people skills
  • You will be well-presented and professional in appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You will be proactive and willing to go the extra mile
  • Embrace hard work and crave high rewards
  • Have at least 3/4 years experience as a sales negotiator
