Job Description

Reed Business Support are currently working exclusively with a national brand for our Orpington based client in securing them a Recovery Claims Handler role.The ideal Recovery Claims Handler would need to be able to demonstrate relevant qualities with the below duties:Recovery Claims Handler duties:

  • Working on behalf of a large insurance company and liaising with their clients and brokers.
  • Processing quickly and correctly in seeking compensation from the at fault party and their insurers.
  • Work closely with those around you and offer support guidance to ensure all claims run smoothly in a proactive manner.
  • Answering calls promptly in an enthusiastic, courteous, and efficient manner.
  • Reviewing CCTV footage to support liability decisions and recover outlay and losses documentation.
