Job Description

Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Hybrid working available following probation.JRRL are seeking an Operations Administrator to support Investment Managers for their client in Orpington.Great career opportunities, full training given and opportunities to take professional qualifications. Hybrid role.Key Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator:

  • Supporting the preparation of Probate Valuations
  • Preparing data for quarterly uploads, assisting with queries raised
  • Administering dealing for new clients, investing new funds and rebalancing in line with Managed Portfolio Service models
  • Managing ongoing monitoring and annual assessments for client accounts
  • Monitoring and reviewing financial reporting
  • Maintaining a TCF culture and ensuring compliance with FCA requirements and Code of Conduct policies
Person Specification for the Operations Administrator:
  • Educated to A Level/ Level 3 qualification or above
  • At least 18 months+ in a regulated environment, finance or law would be ideal
  • Knowledge of, or keen interest in probate procedures or investment operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex information
  • Numerate with excellent attention to detail
