Learning and Development Coordinator £24,000-£28,000Orpington Full time Permanent Hybrid working available THE ROLEYou will be part of busy team within our learning admin function, the purpose of this role is to ensure we remain compliant by coordinating training across all locations using our internal Learning Management System. This role will cover a large variety oftraining requests, including, SHEA, industry specific training, further learning and ad-hoc Talent and Development training. Key responsibilities will include; *Plan and coordinate training across Southern & Scottish locations, using internal Learning Management System (Cornerstone) by liaising with our internal and external training suppliers, colleges & awarding bodies *Proactively use reporting to establish expiring training and new training requests and plan appropriately*As first point of contact, you will provide support to managers and key training stakeholders ensuring they have the knowledge to effectively use the system to monitor their teams training, offer advice, guidance and support to ensure training is deliveredtimely and efficiently *You will be solely accountable for coordinating training as the need arises, as directed by your manager*You will be expected to provide valuable training updates, including MI to senior leadership teamCULTURE/BENEFITSThis role will offer plenty of genuine learning and development opportunities, as well as a competitive salary with company benefits including retail & leisure discounts, HolidayPlus & Cycle2work schemes, gym & mobile discounts, a pension scheme, and more.Fostering a diverse and inclusive culture is something we pride ourselves on. We want our workplace to be an innovative and inclusive place to work, where every single person feels empowered to achieve professional success.WHAT YOULL BRINGWere also looking for;*The successful candidate will have Cornerstone experience or similar LMS system experience to a mid to expert level, this will included, management of interest tracking, knowledge of waitlist management, creation of events and sessions, reporting function,email distribution, eLearning reporting and assigning*Previous experience with coordinating training within highly compliant industry *You will be able to effectively communicate and liaise with all stakeholders, work to tight deadlines, prioritise workloads and have organisational skills *You will seek continuous improvements and work with the wider HR Service Centre, Training Admin team and Training Business Partners to implement efficiencies *You will be able to identify issues proactively and ensure the situation is resolved as a priority.*Proficient will all Microsoft office packagesWere quick to deliver and we may not always wait until the job advert expires before reviewing applications.
