Job Description

Your main duties as Data Administrator will be to assist Managers with clients asset management database systems, including the validation and analysis of data captured by estimators.This is a 6 or 12 month contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.Duties for the Data Administrator role:

  • Maintaining property asset data, including property condition, maintenance or replacement/upgrade dates
  • Accurately updating the property condition database to ensure stock condition surveys are carried out on time
  • Data entry on Excel with the use of formula
  • Using intermediate excel to cleanse, unify and transform collected data
  • Participating in projects to increase awareness of asset management and adoption strategic asset data principles across the business
Key Skills and Requirements for the Data Administrator:You must possess intermediate Excel skills including formulae and able to work independently using your own initiative as well as being part of a team. Youll need to have great attention to detail and be focused on adding value to the teams outputs. Initially,this role is a contract but there is a possibility that this role could become permanent.
