You will join and maintain our culture of engagement, value,fun, friendship and social interaction.Key Responsibilities:The key responsibilities of a Customer Service / Operations Specialist, but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with orders and customer support requests over the phone and email.
  • Processing incoming orders.
  • Booking deliveries
  • Helping customers with various issues such as delayed or damaged in transit items.
  • Updating customers with order and delivery progress.
  • Keeping the log of orders and inquiries etc.
