Job Description

Julie Rose Recruitment are looking for a Temporary In-Bound Call Handler/Customer Service Advisor for a client based in the heart of Orpington. Start date ASAP with the possibility of a permanent role becoming available.Duties for the Temporary In-Bound Call Handler/Customer Service Advisor:

  • Taking calls, assisting with enquiries or taking details of complaints
  • Booking appointments for consultants to visit the properties
  • Recording appointment times on the inhouse system
  • Liaising with both parties throughout the process
  • Dealing with queries on the phone
Person specification for the Temporary In-Bound Call Handler/Customer Service Advisor:
  • Clear and confident telephone manner
  • Preferably someone used to speaking to clients on the phone
