Job Description

Clinical Deputy ManagerSalary:£60000 per annumLocation: Baycroft OrpingtonHours & Shift Pattern: 40hours per weekBaycroft is a collection of luxury care homes with a unique difference. For our employees, we offer a friendly, collaborative workplaceand the chance to build a rewarding career.We are now recruiting a Clinical Deputy Managerto join our Careteam and support us in delivering nutritious food and market-leading care to our residents. You should havedemonstrable post graduate experience as an Registered General Nurse with an active pin, proven leadership skills and prior experiencein a similar setting for elderly residents.Well reward your hard work by:

And in return, you will be responsible for:
  • Working closely with the General Manager in the day to day running of the home, delivering 24 hour personalised residential, nursing and dementia care.
  • Help to inspire and lead a team of passionate, committed and skilled care professionals and support them to become the very best they can be day after day.
  • Work to ensure that exceptional care and support is at the heart of everything we do so that we can ensure we are enabling our residents to live happy and fulfilling lives within a warm and welcoming environment.
