Job Description

Care Assistant - DaysSalary:£24,617 per annum / £13.15 per hourLocation:Baycroft OrpingtonHours & Shift Pattern: 36hours per week, 3 x 12-hour shifts 8am - 8pm, including alternate weekends.Baycroft is a collection of care homes with a unique difference. Along with desirable experience as a Care Assistant, you should have a genuine interestin caring for vulnerable adults.We’ll reward your hard work by:

And in return, you will be responsible for:
  • Helping our residents with their hygiene, mobility, and physical comfort
  • Assisting our residents with their daily personal care needs whilst promoting their dignity and individuality
  • Ensuring that our residents eating and drinking needs are met
  • Reporting to our dedicated nurse team regarding any illness, accident or event incurred by our residents, colleagues, or visitors
  • Undertaking observations of our residents and document this as necessary in their care plans
  • Offering ongoing comfort to our residents who may be ill or requiring care at the end of their life, whilst making sure that their religious or cultural needs are fulfilled
