3rd Line Support Engineer Overview:A highly reputable organisation that is a market leader within their sector is currently recruiting an Infrastructure Engineer who has exceptional experience working on multi-tiered complex Wintel environments. This is an exciting project where you will be joining a highly technical team that are responsible for migrations, upgrades, mergers and client-server projects for enterprise organisations. Role & Responsibilities:This role will be expected to contribute to the development and progression of customer environment improvements delivering continuous improvement to a wide range of clients. This role will be expected to implement projects to designs created within the team alongside creating designs for smaller projects. Essential Skills & Experience: • Proven track record with implementing system upgrades • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written• Strong implementation of VMWare and HyperV/Azure Cloud/ XenApp and XenDesktop• Experience in providing in-depth Infrastructure support to a growing client base. • A strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and associated Microsoft technologies. • Experience in Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x solutions in a highly available configuration.• Experience deploying Microsoft Azure and O365 solutions.• Knowledge working within an ITIL framework Desirable:• Microsoft Systems Centre 2012, Exchange and SQL experience.• Familiarisation of Storage Area Networks and Fabric technologies• Familiarisation of Network technologies (Routing, Switching and Firewalls)• Good understanding of principles of ITIL Framework and Project ManagementPackage: • £35,000 - £45,000 (total package inclusion of bonus)• Company Pension• Quarterly incentives • Excellent benefits package.3rd Line Support Engineer
