Job Description

Recruitment Administrator - Oldham - Part timePermanentFull time£23,000pa pro rata £13,80022.5 hoursOffice basedWe are currently supporting a fantastic social care client who are needing an enthusiastic, high energy and motived individual to support to their Recruitment team on a part time basis.You will be responsible for supporting with a high volume of recruitment activity across the whole resourcing cycle including placing adverts, scheduling interviews and assessments, candidate management and administering offer paperwork. You will work closelywith hiring managers to provide support and liaise with candidates to ensure effective engagement.Due to goverment requirements you will need to be double vaccinated due to working in a social care enviroment.Responsibilities as a Recruitment Administrator:

  • Responsible for placing recruitment adverts across the ATS and different advertising platforms, including social media.
  • Liase with managers in relation interview dates ensuring rooms or electronic diary bookings are booked and candidates are contacted in a timely manner.
  • Send out interview reminders or to chase paperwork from candidates in a timely manner.
  • And more.
Essential requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in a Recruitment role.
  • Ideally previous Social Care Recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of HR /recruitment software.
  • Experience dealing with high volume recruitment.
  • Good IT skills.
