Job Description

Marketing ExecutiveOldham£24-28K plus benefitsPermanentOur client is an exciting growing company looking to add a marketing professional with 2 years experience who is ready to take that next step. The role will focus on the management of all point of sale (POS) materials and product management support, managinga portfolio of products and launch plans across the marketing mix.Main Duties

  • Development of retail point of sale (POS)
  • Working closely with the wider marketing and sales team you will own the POS process from concept to execution and work closely with a 3rd party agency.
  • Development of product presentations for sales team and retail buyers
  • Overseeing control of product imagery for packaging, catalogue and online
  • Develop detailed product copy for retail catalogues and online web pages
  • Assist with set up and maintenance of company showroom
  • Present products to sales team and monthly meetings
  • Development of web banners, retail catalogues, consumer, and trade adverts
  • Working alongside PR agency in generating PR support plans
  • Undertake regular market research & competitor analysis
  • To support the Marketing Director with ad hoc requests
Qualifications & Knowledge
  • 1-3year relevant experience within Marketing or POS
  • Organised with good attention to detail
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of software packages and functions, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Strong presentation skills & creative flair
  • Driving Licence
  • Degree in Business/Marketing - desirable
  • Product or Brand Management experiencedesirable
