We are currently working alongside our client who specialise in Plant Hire. We are recruiting for a Hire Coordinator / Trade Counter Administrator on a long term contract temporary contract.You will be based in North Manchester.£22k - £25k.40 hours per week.Monday - Friday. 07:30am - 4pm with 30 minutes lunch.You should have previous experience within equipment and rentals.Duties;You will be responsible for all query’s relating to the Commercial Desk. Manage all customer orders and queries in accordance with Company policy and SLA agreements.Provide excellent customer service to all clients. Improve revenue and service standards by accurately establishing customers’ needs and identifying opportunities for additional hire requirements.Deliver accurate and timely hire contract administration from initial order taking to completion.Resolve all damage and loss issues in line with operational procedures.Ensure all Administration and compliance is updated.Manage all customer issues before, during and post hires in accordance with Company Policy and SLA agreements, escalating to the Office Account Manager in a timely manner, where appropriate.Benefits;Competitive salary.Long term temp contract.Weekly Pay.
