* Assistant Accountant* AccountantsWe are working with a multi-award-winning car dealership who are looking for an Assistant Accountant based in Oldham. With over 20 car dealerships across the North West and Midlands, theres a family feel instilled in the company.Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)This is a great opportunity for someone within the Automotive sector looking to enhance their skills and knowledge within Accounts to join a reputable company that offers fantastic career progression.About the role of Assistant Accountant* Reconciling and banking daily cash takings from all departments in the branch.* Reconciling PDQ and cash to end of day report and sales per department - resolving any discrepancies that may arise.* Providing Treasury with daily bank sheets to allow reconciliation of bank accounts* Assist MA Accountants with balance sheet reconciliations* Participate in Ad hoc reporting/ projects* Review, maintain and report on Cash, Warranty and Finance debtors on a daily basis.
