Job Description

Team AdministratorOldbury£22,548 - £24,881 DOEMonday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pmHarper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a large healthcare organisation looking for a highly efficient candidate to provide Secretarial and Administrative support to Department Heads.What does the role involve:

  • To provide efficient secretarial support the Department heads
  • To plan and arrange travel bookings
  • To process correspondence and ensure all physical and outlook mail is managed in a timely manner
  • To take telephone calls and messages for the management team
  • To set up meeting rooms and providing refreshments for visitors
  • To assist with organising external events
  • To prepare reports, documents and presentations as required
  • General administration tasks
Who are we looking for:
  • Previous significant Secretarial/Administrative experience
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • Confident communicator at all levels
  • IT Proficient
